Guest OSses: Windows XP

Use my host DVD writer in the guest machine ?

Is it possible to use the host computer DVD writer within the guest (XP) machine ?. I've looked, and the DVD writer within the host machine is reconized as a CD/DVD rom

Enable passthrough in the guest settings. Have a look at the manual.
