VERR_MSR_LOCKED_OR_DISABLED

I had Virtual Box installed with a Windows XP guest just fine on a Mac Mini 1.66MHz Intel Core Duo (Leopard) last night. Started and stopped the Virtual Machine several times to make sure it would stay, but again this morning when I try to START the guest Windows, I get the following error message:
Failed to start
Unknown error creating VM (VERR_MSR_LOCKED_OR_DISABLED)

Installation on my other Mac (iMac 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo) also 10.6.2 is working fine across reboots. Any suggestions?
