Could not read from the boot medium & No bootable medium fou

Hello users,

I am sitting on this problem now, about a week without a progress.
I searched on many sites and test a lot, but nothing works.
So, I need really help, thanks advanced.

If I start the virtual box with the boot sequence CD-ROM, harddisk.
the followed error appeared.

FATAL: No bootable medium found! System halted.

If I start the virtual box, go to the bios preferences and start with the value "c" (CD-ROM) the followed error appeared

FATAL: Could not read from the boot medium! System haltet

Before I have mount the .iso file, i typed

hdiutil mount /Volumes/Windows7iso/windows7.iso

and the output is: /dev/disk3                 Volumes/23 Nov 2009     

I work only in the boot sequence with the CD-ROM and harddisk, I thrown out the Floppy and network.


In the display with the add of CD or hard disk is this listed.

What is my problem?? I need only a link if you have, sorry but I am very desperately.
Normally I have a little bit expearience with virtual machines, but I have used never a mac os leopard with virtual box before.
