Cannot install Windows 7RC in WinXP host.

I cannot complete the installation of Windows 7RC.

Everything has installed, then it reset ready to load for the first time. It gets to the screen where it says 'Setup is starting services' and stops.

There is a dialog box which says 'Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation'

Clicking on OK here just restarts the machine and it does the same.

You can try to set the RAM to 512 MB and see if it will finish installing. But (2) Windows machines sharing 1.5 GB is going to be slow...

Unfortunately that didn't work, still the same error at the same time. This installation 'loop' has been discussed before but it's always when people are using Windows 7 upgrade installations over previous versions. Theres been no mention of people having the error using virtual machines.
