Hey guys,
Does anyone know what the "windows key" is for Windows XP running on a Mac OSX host?
Thanks,
Adam

Yes, it is the CD Key (license key) when you get from Microsoft when you buy Windows XP.
If you are asking for someone here to provide you with one, that is illegal and will get you banned.

Unless you are asking about the hot key (Windows key) that I don't think you have on a MAC keyboard (that would make Steve very unhappy)
If so then use the command+Esc See more here. http://www.myfirstmac.com/index.php/mac ... -shortcuts
But yes if you are asking about the other you are out of luck.
