Failed to start the machine error

Message says failed to start the machine "XXX"
VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX)
What does this mean, is there any way to fix this. I had tried to export an appliance from one machine and import an appliance to another. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

VT-x is not available (VERR_VMX_NO_VMX)
Means that the computer that you are importing this to does not support 64 bit guests.
Check the bios and make sure that hardware-v is turned on. If it does not have it then you will not be able to run 64 bit guests.

I get the same message.
I am running Snow Leopard on a Dell Mini 10v (which works just fine except for my Airport card not turning on, the fix for which is to reinstall XP, turn on the wireless card, then REinstall OSX).
Does this error message mean that XP is 64 bit? Is there a 32 bit choice? I have nothing in my BIOS about hardware at all.
Does anyone know if it is possible to run Virtual Box on a netbook?
(Intel Atom 1.6 ghz, 1 gb ram, OSX 10.6)
Thanks!
