I am unable to get full screen

HI every one ,I am newbie in this forum ,actually I am facing one problem ,tat is I am unable to get the full screen mode window , let me explain more detail way , my primary OS is windows 7 and my guest (virtual machine) OS is ubuntu , after boot from the ubuntu , I'm unable to get the full screen window , present I'm suing 23 inches monitor , when I switch to full screen mode a small part only displays instead of full size , can any one tell me solution for this , and U can saw the pic bleow

Install guest additions with xorg.conf.

prob solved , thanks to the replier and for newbie's just follow this guide to get the full screen window
