Host: Ubuntu Karmic Koala
Guest: Windows XP
VBox: 3.1.2 PUEL
I was happy using my guest XP with Guest Addictions installed. But I wasn't able to get the videos play perfect. It picture will messes up if I move the windows around the desktop. So I though it might be lack of WineD3D and so I installed it from wined3d.iso. Then it messed up my guest XP. Now I cannot even play and videos which I could before and it says Direct3D is not enable when I do this "dxdiag" in the RUN command.
Can you guys please help?

You need to uninstall it and reboot the machine in safe mode and re-install the VBox guest additions.
If all else fails you should try to do a system restore to a point before you installed Wine.

When you say you need to uninstall it, which one do you mean? If you meant the WineD3D, I can't figure out how to uninstall it or did you mean to uninstall Guest Addition in Safe Mode?

If you installed it in a Windows guest you would go to the control panel and remove it from the program add remove.
If you installed it in a Linux guest you would use the package manager and remove it there.
Once it is removed then reinstall the guest additions.
If this is not what you did then you will need to explain it a little better so we can figure out what you actually did.

Oh, the problem is WineD3D is not listed in "Add or Remove Programs" in Win XP. That's the problem. Uninstalling Guest Addition is easy. I'm just stuck at removing WineD3D.

Sorry I don't use wine and this falls outside of the scope of the forum, but have you tried to run the install again and uninstall it from there?
Or you could search the Wine site for proper instructions.

They say to ask on VirtualBox you say to ask on Wine's site. Lolz. Anyways. Something in the VirtualBox poped up and it says "Recovered and 6 Days ago". So I click on that and it works again. I think it was the snapshot that was working. I don't remember creating that snapshot but thank VirtualBox for saving my day! Now I'll make another snapshot in case I mess it up again.
