Network problem of WindowsServer 2008 R2 on Mac OS X Host

Hi All,
I have installed WindowsServer 2008 R2 on Mac OS X Host. With NAT networking everything works fine. As I need setup a static IP inside the VM,i switch to bridged network.Then the network connection will be lost when network routing action occured!
If I use MSTSC to the static IP ,it always show "your remote desktop session has ended..."
any suggestions?
