Issue with Windows XP VMWare vmdk not booting correctly.

I have tried loading this system up in safe mode. The drive is a single file and VirtualBox recognizes it and boots it to a point. I am loading Windows XP, created in VMWare, VMWare additions removed, into VirtualBox 3.0.8 r53138
The log and png are attached this message. Any help is greatly appreciated. I would really like to get this image working!
