3D Engine problems

I have an IMac with VirtualBox 3.1.2. running and I want to play Pro Cycling Manager in the WInXP section.
Install went smoothly but when I click to play I get the following message: Failed to initiliaze 3D Engine, check
drivers motherboard and videocard.
I checked in the 3D acceleration in Settings. Video memory 128mb
Specs IMac: ATI Radeon HD 2400, VRam total: 128mb, 4 GB, Intel Core 2 Duo, 2,4 GHz, enough free space.
Specs game:
OS: Windows XP SP2/VISTA
CPU: PENTIUM4 2.2GHZ/ATHLONXP 2200+
RAM: 1 GB
Video card memory: NVIDIA GEFORCEFX 5900/ATI RADEON 9600
Disk space required : 6 GB
DirectX®: 9
Is it possible to play this game
