Windows Guest Additions installer needs improvement

Windows guest additions installer needs improvement in many aspects:

1. uninstall is not full. some drivers stay in guest.

2. AMD PCnet driver doesn't gets installed on Vista guests.

3. It would be nice to have it modular, that is, having checkbox options on which components to install, and which not install.

So seamless windows, time sync, 3D (OpenGL) - each parameter could be tuned separately.
