I have a physical hard disk that has Winows XP loaded. It was the boot disk for my windows machine. I installed a new hard disk to put the fedora lunix on and that is now my boot disk. I have the latest version of virtual box installed and running.

What I am wondering is can I make the windows hard disk into a VDI so I can select it as he vitual hard drive to run windows XP as a guest.

I would like to do this to save having to do a full install of XP and the applications i wish to use.

can some one point me to a "how too" or provide instruction as how this cab be done.

Thanks
