Keyboard layout MacBook Pro for WinXP guestOS

just moved over from Parallels and installed VB together with a guest OS (WinXP-SP3) I would like to know how to get certain windows characters? Is there somewhere a list or table showing the mapping of the MacBookPro keyboard characters to that of a windows keyboard?
Sooner or later I need the "@" sign together with others. There is the "HOME" button mentioned if I would get the menu in fullscreen mode in my guest OS. No idea about a HOME button? And the there must also be a way to simulate the right-mouse-click.
Having listed all these keystrokes for the different Mac keyboards would make things a lot easier - at least to me
