Windows XP Crashes at Welcome Screen

The other day i setup a new windows XP guest running in Ubuntu 8.10. Everything worked fine until this morning when I powered up virtual box. Windows went through the loading screen and when it got to the blue welcome/login screen it crashed. It crashed repeatedly until I started XP up in safe mode, and it booted up fine. Does anyone know what my problem could be, and how I could fix this?

Please post log files (as attachment)
What was the last thing that you changed/installed before the crash.

Hello
I have the same problem even I reinstalled Windows !
It seems that the problem occurs when I install "VBOX Guest add-ons" .
I have added the 2 last log files as attachments .
