Remote Assistance possible from within guest?

I'm just a home user, so don't have much technical expertise. Have been learning to use Remote Assistance from Win7 (my host OS), and am glad to have it for troubleshooting help with friends. It has got me wondering if it is possible to do RA from within a Vista or Win7 guest. If it can be done, how are the network-related settings in VirtualBox configured?
