I'm thinking of using virtualbox PEUL on Windows 7 x64 to run a 32-bit version of Vista I own. The goal is to use Windows 7 for all of my daily work, and Vista for my 32-bit only hardware (a plotter with a hardware key).
Any tips for using HASP hardware keys with a Virtualbox guest OS? I will also be using a USB->Serial adapter.
direct USB access for security keys?

Re: direct USB access for security keys?
VBox provides direct access to USB devices, it shouldn't matter what the device type is. Whether a dongle-fussy app will be happy to run in a VM is a different matter, you'd have to try it.
