No Sound in Virtualbox 3.0.12 for Windows XP

Hello,
First time installing Virtualbox on my Mac OSX 10.4
I installed Windows XP Professional successfully, I did notice there is no audio.
I see there is a speaker in the Windows toolbar, went into sounds, I picked a few Windows items - close program, prompt, start windows, etc, but VB is not giving any sound, was working properly in Parallels.
In the setting details in Virtualbox for audio I have ----- host driver - core audio, controller - ichac97
In Windows Device manager --- all of the audio devices are enabled, have drivers.
Can someone tell me why I can not hear any sound while in Virtualbox in Windows XP professional ? There is sound on the Mac, just not when I'm in virtualbox in Windows.
Thanks,
Bob
