Hey everyone,
i have a very big problem, with my virtual box. First of all you have to know that I use Ubuntu and I booted it from a cd.
I wrote some important documents in virtual box and compressed them to a gzip file. My aim was to send them to a friend via email, but when I finished I recognised that the wireless LAN didn't work with the Virtual box. So I searched through the internet for some solutions, but during my try to enable the WLAN, Windows Vista said that the program crashed and Windows has to close it.
Now comes my problem, after booting Ubuntu again all my documents were gone, so I want to know if there is any possibilty to get the data back?
Thank you for help!

Re: Saved Data after reboot gone!
Running from a Live CD will only store you data in memory and once you shut it down or it crashes the data will no longer there.
