Two sound cards on guest

On user manual there is sentence:

VirtualBox virtualizes a vast array of virtual devices, among them many devices that are typically provided by other virtualization platforms. That includes (...) virtual network cards and sound cards,

Is it possible to have two virtual sound cards in virtual system? In virtual machine settings I can turn on only one sound card.
Id' like to have for example two SoundBlaster 16 and use them in applications. I don't want to hear any sound on my host PC - only send two sound streams between virtual cards.

Only one way: The internal via VBOX Sound Emulation, an external USB Card via VBOX USB.
