Virtual hard disk size

I created the size of my virtual harddisk too small, so that when I try to open up a program, it tells me there is not enough available hard disk space. Can I go in and increase the size or do I have to create another virtual disk?

For example. I had a 20GB virtual hard disk which filled up in no time. I therefore had to create another drive, this time 160GB and clone the old disk to the new. I used CloneZilla with a switch to make the partition fill the whole disk, but you can use CloneVHD (I think, search the forum) to do this. I've not used it though.

Short answer: AFAIK, you cannot increase the size of an existing disk.
Hope this helps.
