Counter-Strike: Source in Windows 7 guest

Hi There,

I'm running latest VirtualBox on Mac OSX 10.5.8, guest OS is Windows 7. I downloaded and installed steam as well as Counter-Strike: Source. However, I was not able to launch it. It didn't give me any error, just seeing process started and then exit itself. Nothing else. Anybody able to play Counter-Strike: Source on Windows 7 guest, OSX host?
