runtime error -103

Guest OSses: MS Windows XP

runtime error -103

I'm using VirtualBox 3.1.0 on Windows 7 x64. Changing default VM folder gives me a runtime error -103, path not found. Same goes for creating a dynamic virtual HDD and this prevents me from using the application.
Any1 knows what could be wrong?
