Transfer folders from XP outlook express Virtual machine

Hi all!

Is it at all possible to transfer from my Virtual machine running Windows XP the folders I have created in Outlook Express to the host machine running Windows 7 Windows live mail? I have a boatload of messages in different folders I have created in the guest machine.

Using outlook express export you can save the information in a shared folder. Then If Windows Mail allows import from outlook express it should be able to import. You would need to check this out with MS and see.
