Windows 7 on Raw Slice Dual Boot?

I'm trying to run a Windows 7 native image on a raw slice from VBox on Linux, and also boot it as Win7 native.
I have it working, but there are no hardware profiles on Win7 like XP. Since I can't pick a profile, each time I switch from native to VBox or back a repair is needed. On the native boot its able to repair itself and reboot. On VBox it needs the CD to repair it self and reboot. This is very time consuming.
Is there a way to get around this?
