Fernando,
In the guest settings under general -> advanced, just remove the check mark by the mini toolbar.
Guest must be shutdown to edit the guest settings.

Hey, look at it, I found on the Internet is only for Linux, does not have a tutorial that these only for XP. I tried to apply the Linux code in XP, but obviously failed. I need a lot of sharing, even tried to be part of the tutorial, but a machine does not recognize the other's network and do not know how to recognize ...

edit:
I think I could create a connection between two computers, using the "Create New Connection". But I can not get into that connection because it says Host did not respond. But at least in the "Guide" working groups is showing my connection, as shown below, only that I can not enter:
Image

For those who previously could not even see the network, is very good! Now Here's a picture of the connection in the real machine, and I have created a connection in the VM, but it put the HOST option, while the real machine put in as Guest, so he could upload the real machine to virtual machine (through VirtualBox) and also be able to transfer files from virtual machine to the real, through the network settings windows.
Here the image of the connection in real machine:

Where "Paladini is the computer name of the VM and VirtualBox (...) is the reverse (which will install itself when you install the program, the others are internet connections.

Thanks I hope we can resolve this permissions issue of the Working Group and that works right.

Sorry for the english
