Always showing "Find new hardware - VirtualBox USB"

I am using a Windows XP Professional Host
Guest operating system is Debian Unstable (sid) with addon installed.

When I tried to forward an USB decie, the host always have a pop-up showing "Find new hardware - VirtualBox USB".
Driver installed fine, but the USB device is not ticked. No matter I unplug the actual usb device or tick the USB device
again, the pop-up shows up again.....

Any solution ?

Have you tried this with different devices and have you restarted the VM after such behaviour? Is it all the same?
