Port forwarding broken after update to 3.1

Hi!

I've done the update to VirtualBox 3.1 yesterday (on an openSuSE 11.1). Since that, the port forwarding configuration on the guest linux I used didn't work anymore.
The symptoms are that a netstat on the host "says" that there is nothing listening on the port 2222. I have already re-configure the guest with VBoxManage (GuestPort - HostPort - Protocol), but it didn't change anything... :/

Anybody can help me please ?

Thanks for logs. So let's check what happens, after guest obtained IP address and server you're forwarding is up, you can't connect to it and netstat doesn't shows that expected port to be listened. right?
