First, thanks to the devs for a fine product.

Second, it looks like there was an attempt to fix the auto show issue in 2009 according to this thread, but I'm running 4.1.4 on OS X 10.7.1 (Lion) and even though I have UNchecked the "Auto show Doc and Menubar in fullscreen" checkbox in Preferences, I am still having the menubar auto show when I'm running in fullscreen. My guest OS is Windows 7. I'vd tried rebooting, stopping/starting the VM, checking/unchecking that checkbox, etc. in all different combinations, but to no effect. Perhaps something regressed recently?

I couldn't find any more recent references to this issue so thought I'd reopen this thread.

Thanks,

I am experiencing the same issue with Lion 10.7.2 and guest Windows 7.
