2D acceleration for video card disabled on Vista 64

I have Vista x64 as host and as guest. On the guest, even if I have enabled 3D Acceleration, I can't have 2D acceleration: Vista keeps on saying me that the hardware acceleration for the graphic card is disabled.
What's wrong? Please help me!
Everything is smooth but the graphics... 
NOTE: I have VB 3.0.12 with VB Guest Additions 3.0.12 installed.
