Read the FAQ about OSE and know why.

I looked in your link "http://www.virtualbox.de/wiki/User_FAQ" but didn't see anything about USB in OSE. All it said about USB is that I have to be part of hte group but I am.
So, I downloaded VirtualBox from the website where it said "The binaries in this section are all released under the VirtualBox Personal Use and Evaluation License (PUEL). By downloading, you agree to the terms and conditions of that license. " for Linux hosts. What is wrong with what I downloaded? HOW do I get the USB to work with VirtualBox?
thanks!

Re: I don't have a USB tab in my settings.
Remove the OSE version completely (your VMs should stay) and then install the PUEL version you downloaded. After that, your existing VMs should pop up in the list and you should have an USB option in the settings.
