Hi. I need to run 4-6 virtual machines all with unique IP addresses simultaneously. I have looked but getting seperate static IP addresses for each from my internet provider is far too expensive. What is the cheapest and best way to have multiple virtual machines running at the same time with different IP addresses? It is important that the IP address of one machine will never be the same as the IP address of another, or an IP address another has previously used. I was going to buy a seperate wireless dongle for each virtual machine but because i get that device busy (for usb devices) message i cannot connect a dongle to each machine so that's out of the question. How can I achieve this?

What is the exact purpose? You can use Host-Only to give the VMs their own IP, but they will be accessible by the Host and each other only. If they need to be accessible from the outside, use NAT with port forwarding.
