Hi all. How do I access my computers real hard drive with folders and files so I can use them on virtual machine. Also can we skip using anti-virus. Otherwise vb rules. Also is open solaris cool. What version sould I install on x86 intel based pc with 2gb ram. Oh yea how do I use info on my usb with vb. So basically how do get info to vm without internet.

'Shared Folders' will let your VM access your computer's real hard drive, see section 4.6 of the user manual.
You can skip anti-virus if you want, many people do and are OK if they are careful.
I don't know about Open Solaris.
Your VM can use USB devices on your host, see section 3.7.9 of the user manual. People sometimes report problems getting the VM to see USB devices, but there is usually some solution to those problems.
To run your VM without any internet, you can disable the virtual network card, see section 6.3 of the user manual.
