Windows Seven 64 bits as native guest blue screen

Hi,
I search some feedback on Windows Seven 64 bits as native guest.
Here the tutorial I follow (for who want to do the same thing):
http://www.rajatarya.com/technical/tami ... tualbox-vm
Here my configuration:
PC : Dell E6400 Dual Core (intel VT-x technology)
HOST 1 : Gentoo 64 bits with VirtualBox 3.08
HOST 2 : Windows Seven 64 bits
I try to boot in VM the HOST 2 from the HOST 1.
So, I have create a rawdisk with this command : VBoxManage internalcommands createrawvmdk -filename win7.vmdk -rawdisk /dev/sda -partitions 1,2 -mbr vm.mbr -relative -register.
When I start the VM, I obtain a Blue Screen. It's seems to be normal because of the material change between the real and the virtual. So, I decided to boot on Seven DVD and repair it.
Unfortunately, it doesn't help me to avoid the Blue Screen. I have try all choice on F8 Menu unsuccessfully.
After 2 weeks of research, I'm opened to all suggestions.
