Once again wireless and ubuntu issue

Post by moreece »

Hello everyone

I am a windows 7 users running Virtual Box 3.0.6 using a guest ubuntu 9.10 OS. I want to use my ubuntu for wireless scanning etc, and I am unable to use my wireless card. Through NAT I am able to access the wireless internet connectivity from my windows 7 box, however I cant get unbuntu to inteface or "see" the actual wireless card itself. I believe this is a well known issue? am I correct? is there anyway to do this?
