VirtualBox on Tablet PC

Post by harisund »

So I have an old Toshiba Portege M200, and I am running Windows XP professional on it. I have installed Wacom drivers, and the pen input is identified correctly (which I use to take notes using Microsoft Office OneNote). However, I want to use the Linux software Xournal.

I install VirtualBox, followed by Ubuntu 9.04 and its updates, and then install Guest Additions and finally Xournal. While the "pen input" is passed on to Xournal as a mouse, I am not able to "ink" with it. When I touch the pen to the screen, it registers a single dot on Xournal and it stops.

Any body has any experience doing this kind of a thing?
