Access violation on XP - launching EBP Gescom

Hi

I have a problem when launching a soft on windows XP as guest. The soft is EBP Gescom. I reported the problem in bug 5387 ( http://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/5387 ). The program crashes immediately after launching. I do not know if it is a VB problem or this soft problem.

I would like it to work as I need to reboot on bootcamp xp partition every time I need to use the soft and this is really not very convenient.

I am new here and new in using virtual box. Does any one can help ?
Is it the good forum to discuss this ? Not pretty sure I reported the bug correctly neither.
