Uninstall promblem on Win 7!

Win 7 is my host systerm, I just want to upgrade the virtualbox to the last release. So when I uninstalled the old virtualbox(3.0.10) in the Control panel-Program and function, the unistall program was stuck, then I kicked the cancel, it was stuck, too. As a result, I killed the process in the task manager. After that, I want to try again, but the virtualbox was not in the program list. So who can tell me how to uninstall the virtualbox in this circumstances? Thx a lot!
