Sleep disabled on Windows7 guest

I've installed VB on my MacBook Pro running Snow Leopard. Windows 7 installs fine and I've installed the Guest Addons. The only problem is that I can't put Windows 7 to sleep/suspend so I don't have to boot it each time I open VB. In Windows 7 the Sleep option is grayed out.
I have also installed W7 on Fusion 2 and the sleep function works fine.

VirtualBox does not support guest OS Sleep or Hibernate.
BUT there is a VirtualBox feature that is just as good (section 3.4.3 of the user manual):
Close the virtual machine, by either:
- (If running the VM in an OSX windows) Click the OSX close window button, or
- Host+Q (usually Host key == Right-control)
Either of the above should display a dialog that includes the option: 'Save the machine state'
'Save the machine state' is more-or-less the same as Hibernate.

Hey that's great! Exactly what I was looking for. Tried it out and it works perfect. Takes about 8 seconds to restore the state.
