SCO UNIX sizing memory hang

Hi:
I have installed Virtual Box 3.0.10. I have loaded Ubuntu and Windows XP Pro. I have tried without success to get SCO Openserver to work. When I hit enter to boot, it hangs on sizing memory (one dot). I can perform a DIR and see various files. I have tried some of the suggestions on the SCO site to change how sizing looks at memory. Nothing works. I have tried to change the amount of memory of physical and display memory. Nothing works.
I am running an Acer Aspire 9300 Notebook, with 1.5GB of memory.
AS stated Ubuntu and XP PRo loaded with no problems, so it has to be with the way SCO looks at VB or VB looks at SCO.
Any help with this wold be greatly appreciated.
Tony
