Folks,
This morning, VirtualBox updated from 3.0.10 to 3.0.12 on my Ubuntu 9.10 laptop (64-bit proc, 64-bit VBox install). After the update, I tried to start up a CentOS 5.4 64-bit image that was built using VirtualBox 3.0.10, but it kept getting locked up during the boot sequence, claiming CPU0 was locked, or deadlocked. I tried changing each of the acceleration settings but to no avail. All I could do was uninstall 3.0.12 and re-install from 3.0.10 package found on the virtualbox.org website and my CentOS image came back.
Anyone else having the same trouble?

Re: 3.0.12 Failure...
Added image of centos failing. Note that VT-X/AMD-V is enabled, with nested paging, PAE/NX, ACPI and IO APIC. Though I tried with various combinations of them off too... in 3.0.10 they work fine with all on.

Yeah, saw that one, but it did not work when I tried it. Again, in my case, the system starts, just kernel-panics after starting up.
