I just switched to 3.0.12 and now I can't start WinXP SP3 anymore:

There's no logfile from today in C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\XYZ\.VirtualBox\Machines\WinXP_SP3\Logs

but

C:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\insanic\.VirtualBox\Machines\WinXP_SP3\WinXP_SP3.xml

exists...

Attach the image to your post, the display site pops up with all kinds of sh*t, I'm removing it from your post.

De-tach the VDI from the VM, create a new vm and attach VDI.
