I have the same kind of problem running virtualbox but didn't manage to succeed.
I have ethernet and wifi card (en0 and en1) on two separate LANs. I need to test a lot and use virtualbox to see what's going on Linux/Windows from outside our network. I've googled a lot and can't figure out how to bridge en1 to see it in the guest OS. I already tried all kind of network card and tried to set the MAC address to the same as the en1 on OSX but no luck

Any ideas?

Hi,
Updating to 3.1.2 I still can't bridge any virtual machine (Linux/Windows) to en1 (wifi on mac OSX). I did try all the different model of ethernet card and tried also with the same and a different MAC address for this network device.
Any idea when this will be fixed? Or any workaround? Can I help by providing any log / result of command?
Thanks for reply

Wow.... this issue was almost as annoying as this forum's registration form.
Attached to: NAT
and checking the cable connected box worked for me.
