Good morning!!!!
I have a Problem with bridging.
I´m running debian lenny 64 as host and 4 headless vm´s. one with NAT and 3 with bridging.
When i start 2 of these vm´s they are running with network functionality. If i start all 4 they loose network.
Somewhere i found something about limitation, but i can´t find it again.
Can somebody give me a hint?

Re: Problem with bridging
What kind of network do you want to use? Many corporate networks limit the number of devices per port.

Re: Problem with bridging
I try to use this on a Hetzner EQ 4 Server.
All the bridges are set to eth0

Re: Problem with bridging
Maybe you need to ask Hetzner how many MAC adresses they allow.

Re: Problem with bridging
That´s not the point.
They allow only the physical mac adress of the server. I found on the internet a way to manage this with port forwarding.
I guess it´s a limitation on debian (maybe), because it doesn´t matter which 2 of the vm´s are running, it works. Only if i start all of them they are offline.
Only a reboot (greets to windows
) gets it to work again. But only for 2 and for some time i am lucky 3 are running. But not constantly. First i thought the 4 is corrupt, so i made it new.
Now changes
