Virtual Box Control Panel

Hello, im not sure if this is the right part of the forums for this, i have just got a dedicated server and i didnt know if its possible to sell VPS's from virtual box, but i would need to limit the cpu of each one and limit the bandwidth.

does any one know if this is possible?
