Virtual Box and Xencenter

I have run VBOX 3.0.10 on my XP
Now, i Install XenCenter (Xen management console).
This deinstalls VBOX, otherwise XenCener installation aborts.
Why ?
How to run both on one computer ?

hey,
i don't have the solution but have you tried installing virtualbox on top of xencenter installation?

Yes, i have tried it.
Result
1. At the end of installing virtual box, the computer reboots
this means: it did not shutdown, it get no blue screen - it reboots like removing power cord and replug it in
Therefore, checkdisk has found a lot of errors.
Not the best way to install an application
2. Xen Center works, but Virtual Box say: could not start kernel mode driver.
Deinstall VBox and install it again
Result
1. It reboots, again the harddisk gets damages.
2. After repair with chkdsk /f, both Xen Center and VBox works.
I guess, since Sun has buyed Inotek and so also VBox, the same coder work on the software Xen and VBox and change same systen dll or driver
at installation by different versions of such dll or driver.
