Win XP Install left hanging in boot menu

Hi all,
I think I must have somehow screwed up during one of my Windows guest install attempts as a number of days back I seem to have gained an extra boot option on my hosts windows boot menu. It reads Windows XP Setup or something similar. On initial boot, it runs the setup option without giving any option which of course starts the Windows setup program (blue background). Exiting lets you restart and this time I can select the correct boot option and go into normal Windows.
Not really a VB question but does anyone know how to get rid of this extra boot option from that Windows startup?
Cheers!
