I am running Windows XP in a guest machine and everything seems to be running smoothly, however in my device manager it is showing my Video Controller as having a problem (exclamation point.)

The device status shows:

This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)

I have attempted to uninstall and re-install to fix it but my attempt has failed.

Any thoughts?

Try installing / reinstalling the guest additions and see if it goes away.
