Virtual machine won't start

Post by Moorty »

Windows 7 (Home Premium 64-bit) host and win XP pro guest. I am not sure what services I disabled to take care of an error message in the boot process; but as a result, the virtual machine won't start (says "starting virtual machine" but never moves beyond 0%). I sometimes get an error message saying "one or more hard drives, cd/rom drives or floppies are not accessible", but the hard drivehas been accessed before (10gb). What can I do to solve the problem.

From VirtualBox press CTRL-D and look at the tab they may have an exclamation point on it. Sounds like your VDI cannot me found.
