Hi,
on Ubuntu 8.04 LTS, Windows XP SP3 and VitualBox 3.0.10 when ever I start guest after about 2 minutes I get window "Close Virtual Machine" and message: "You want to: * Save the machine state; * Send the shutdown signal; * Power off the machine" this is the same window as if I click on "X" to close guest, but after Start was clicked I released the mouse and keyboard.

This problem appears every time I start-up guest. If I click Cancel button, machine starts-up normally.

Is this a bug?
Regards

Hi,
today I have uninstalled VirtualBox 3.0.10 and installed 3.0.12 and this problem disappeared. It looks there was some bug in 3.0.10. Problem solved.

One more problem solved: In VirtualBox 3.0.10 I was unable to boot virtual machine using a iso CD. What ever I clicked (OK or cancel) on "Save the machine state" window, VBox closed. Now this is fixed in 3.0.12, so I can normally boot iso CD inside virtual machine.

It looks like it is my lucky day today. :D
